Fully digital processes: e-filing, e-notices, virtual hearings, and digital award records.

The MSME ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Scheme is a Government-backed digital framework that allows Micro and Small Enterprises to recover delayed payments through an integrated online system combining voluntary negotiation, statutory conciliation, and arbitration under the MSMED Act, 2006.
The traditional MSME Samadhaan portal primarily records complaints and forwards them to the Facilitation Council. The MSME ODR Scheme expands this by adding structured online negotiation, guided conciliation, and binding arbitration — all conducted virtually for faster resolution.
Any registered Micro or Small Enterprise supplying goods or services and facing delayed payments beyond the agreed period or statutory limit can file a case under the MSME ODR framework.
Yes. The MSMED Act applies only to registered Micro or Small Enterprises. If you are not yet registered, we can assist you in obtaining a valid Udyam Registration Certificate before filing your claim.
You simply provide us with a signed letter of authority and any other required forms. We prepare all drafts for your signature and guide you on when physical signatures or e-signatures are needed.
Most cases resolve at the conciliation stage itself.
Once an arbitral award is passed, it is legally enforceable like a civil court decree. If the buyer fails to comply, we advise you on execution steps — including filing for recovery in a competent court.
Yes. If your buyer clears dues after filing, you can withdraw your application at any stage. We help you draft a legally sound settlement and withdrawal statement to avoid future disputes.
Yes. We prepare demand notices, statutory notices, replies, and any other legal documentation required during the entire ODR process.
Yes. Our services extend up to advising and preparing the necessary documentation for award execution proceedings, so you get actual payment, not just a paper award.
Yes. Apart from payment recovery, we assist MSMEs with statutory registrations, contracts, compliance, and other commercial legal needs. We provide holistic support to strengthen your business legally.
Our professional charges depend on the claim value and complexity but are always transparent. We offer stage-wise fixed fees so you know exactly what you’re paying for at each step. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
Apart from our professional charges, there may be nominal application/documentation charges on the portal, but these are minimal. The Government also provides limited financial assistance (up to Rs. 4,000) towards documentation and application costs.
Not necessarily. Our entire process is designed to work remotely. We collect all documents, draft your claim, file it online, handle notices, and represent you virtually. However, we have physical offices in major cities should you wish to meet us in person.
Yes. We can handle cases pan-India. The Facilitation Council’s territorial jurisdiction is based on your MSME’s registered address, not the buyer’s. We coordinate all filings and hearings remotely.
Most communication happens online. If conciliation or arbitration requires your appearance, it can often be handled through video conferencing. If needed, we guide you through every step.
Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality for all documents and communication. Your data is used solely for your recovery proceedings and never shared without your consent.
It’s simple. Book a free consultation with us through our website or call us directly. We’ll review your case, explain the next steps, and begin preparing your claim immediately.
Yes. Many government bodies and PSUs also fall under the MSMED Act obligations. We have experience handling recovery from government buyers, ensuring all notices and conciliation steps follow statutory procedures.
If a buyer disputes your claim, we assist you in responding with supporting documents, clarifications, and legal arguments to prove your supply was valid. We handle the dispute during conciliation or arbitration to protect your claim’s integrity.
Once we file your claim, we provide regular updates via email or WhatsApp. You can also check the official MSME Samadhaan or ODR Portal for status updates. We keep you fully informed at each milestone.
